The data we process
- When you write to us: your e-mail address, your name and the content of your message, to reply and set up your trial. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
- When you visit the site: the hosting provider’s technical logs (IP address, date, page requested), needed to keep the site secure and running.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. No audience measurement is active at this time.
Free check
When you run the check, the domain name you enter is queried (home page, headers, public DNS records). We store neither the domain nor the result. If you ask for the full report, your e-mail address and the domain are sent to us by e-mail, through our sending provider (Resend), so we can reply.
Contact form
When you use the form, your name, e-mail address, company and message are sent to us by e-mail so we can reply. They are not stored on the site.
Retention
Exchanges with prospects are kept for at most three years after the last contact. Customer data is kept for the duration of the contract, then as required by law.
Recipients and processors
Your data is neither sold nor shared. It is processed by our hosting and e-mail provider (Cloudflare) under their contractual commitments.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority — cnil.fr.
